1 can Rotel tomatoes

1 can diced tomatoes, drained

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

Finely chopped cilantro to taste (usually a small bunch)

Mix all ingredients together. For thin instead of chunky salsa, pulse in a blender or food processor to desired consistency.
